Case 1

Female patient, 34 yo, complaining of dyspareunia.At clinical examination, hypertrophy of Labia Minora was prominent, along with excess laxity of the vaginal and perineal wall.From past medical history, the patient reported having experienced a difficult vaginal childbirth, assisted with forceps.She was scheduled for perineoplasty, vaginoplasty and Labia Minora reduction. Twenty days post op, during the first follow-up visit, the patient was in good health, reporting full recovery.
