Case 1
Female patient, 40 yo, complaining of vaginal dryness and dyspareunia. From past medical history, the patient reported having experienced a difficult vaginal childbirth, assisted with forceps.At clinical examination, hypertrophy of Labia Minora was prominent, along with excess laxity of the vaginal and perineal wall.She was scheduled for perineoplasty, vaginoplasty and Labia Minora reduction. Twenty days post op, during the first follow-up visit, the patient was in good health, reporting full recovery.
