The presentation of the “ONE-CUT TECHNIQUE” as the surgical innovation of Dr. Naoum, in Istanbul
The President of the Hellenic Society of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Gynaecology (HSCG), Dr. Nikos Naoum, attended the 3rd Cosmetic Gynecology Congress in Istanbul in October 2019. There, among others, he presented innovative method “ONE-CUT TECHNIQUE”, a surgical innovation that combines 4 procedures in 1 that he performs exclusively in Greece.
Dr. Naoum offers a comprehensive approach plan for the treatment of aesthetic and functional problems faced by woman. These are problems that concern each woman in relation to the specific anatomical area of her body.
At the beginning of his speech, he emphasized the tremendous contribution of Cosmetic Gynecology to the Global Wellness Tourism. More or less, it makes for 1/4 of the $4 trillion of global turnover. In fact, vaginal rejuvenation is one of the most growing procedures, both in the USA and globally. But also, in Greece. It is also very interesting that its main target group are women aged 19 to 50 years.
He then mentioned the 5 most common problems faced by women. Embarrassment from the appearance of the vagina, vaginal relaxation, anxiety – urinary incontinence, lack of sensation in sex, pain or deformity of the “sensitive” area. The doctor explained that cosmetic and reconstructive gynecology has a quick, painless and mainly effective answer to all of the above.
A great piece of his -admittedly- very important speech had to do with the presentation of the “ONE-CUT TECHNIQUE” method. This is an innovative method combining 4 procedures in 1, as a surgical innovation, which he applies exclusively to Greece.
In particular, he pointed out that for the aesthetic and/or functional restoration of the vaginal area, a single operation may not suffice. Thus, it is not rare to have cases that require a combination of two or more methods or procedures. In these cases, he innovates and is a pioneer in Greece, choosing the appropriate combination of methods and ensuring the desired result with only a single procedure. This pioneering technique called “One-Cut Technique” provides women with very important benefits:
